The Twilight hunk touched down at Narita International Airport in Chiba, Japan to begin his worldwide whirlwind tour to promote New Moon.
Fresh off the 15-hour flight the British actor was met by hundreds of Twilight fans who had waited hours to catch a glimpse of the star.
Pattinson will appear at a fan meeting later this week in Tokyo.
