Sunrise has just confirmed that Robert Pattinson will be heading to Sydney for the Australian Premiere of Water for Elephants on May 6th.
According to Robert Pattinson Australia Rob will be making an appearance on Sunrise and 2 people will be given the chance to walk the red carpet with him. We’ll keep you updated when we get more information.

Avon has put up for auction two tickets to the Premiere of Water for Elephants and a meet and greet with Reese Witherspoon. All proceeds will go towards the Avon Foundation for Women – Speak Out Against Domestic Violence. The auction is open from March 16 to the 26th 2011.

Description: Trip for two to New York City to attend the Water for Elephants Red Carpet Premiere plus Meet & Greet with Reese Witherspoon. Trip for two includes round trip coach air transportation via Delta Airlines from any city in the U.S. or Canada to New York City, and one night hotel accommodation at the New York Marriott Marquis.
The meet and greet with Ms. Witherspoon will take place prior to the film showing. The winner and guest will be allowed one personal photo with Ms. Witherspoon and may bring one item for her to sign.

A young veterinary school student (Robert) witnessing the beauty and brutality of life under the big top, he falls for Marlena (Reese), the captivating star performer, and suffers the wrath of her charismatic but dangerous husband, August (Christoph Waltz).

Hal Holbrook recently spoke to SignOnSanDiego.com about meeting Rob for the first time.
And while Holbrook is constantly looking to the past to inform the future, the “Wall Street” actor still has some interesting run-ins with Hollywood up-and-comers. On the set of his upcoming movie, “Water for Elephants,” Holbrook worked alongside everyone’s favorite vampire — teenage heartthrob Robert Pattinson (of the “Twilight” series).
“I was astonished when I met him, because I met him with a couple friends of mine and the minute I looked at him, I said to him, ‘My God, you look like me as a young man,’” Holbrook said. “Everyone who was with me said, ‘Yeah, he really does.’”
