From Popsugar:
The battle to find the sexiest vampire or werewolf was one of the most intense in this year’s PopSugar 100, with Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner going head-to-head against Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley. All four stars from Twilight and The Vampire Diaries made it into your top 10, but what is it about these onscreen fantasy creatures that placed them in the top spots? PopSugar’s Lauren, Lindsay, and Karli break down the winning list.

2. Robert Pattinson
Robert Pattinson slipped from the top spot to number two in the 2011 PopSugar 100! After coming in at number one for 2009 and 2010, Robert still has an amazingly devoted fan base who come out to vote for him in droves, no matter the contest. Robert scored his first big post-Twilight success this year with Water For Elephants, which costarred Reese Witherspoon. Robert also got back into character as Edward Cullen to film both Breaking Dawn movies, which come out in Novembers of 2011 and 2012. Shooting the sexy honeymoon scenes gave us a peek at his hot shirtless body with a bikini-clad Kristen Stewart, and their offscreen romance is still hot as ever. He’s currently working on another high-profile movie, David Cronenberg’s Cosmopolis, which will once again cement Robert’s leading man status after the franchise that made him famous.

Robert Pattinson has made it onto the list as #4

#4 ROBERT PATTINSON
As seen in: Twilight series, Remember Me
Why he’s on the list…We wouldn’t dream of putting together a list of hot British thesps and not include the one and only RPattz, who went from scruffy bit player in Harry Potter to one of the most sought-after faces in show business. With two more Twilight flicks to go – Breaking Dawn, Part 1 and 2 – Pattinson has started to plot his post-tween fandom career, choosing an adaptation like Water for Elephants with Reese Witherspoon, Bel Ami with Uma Thurman and David Cronenberg mind-bender Cosmopolis. Aww, our Pattinson is growing up.
He is joined on the list by the likes of Russell Brand, Andrew Garfield & James McAvoy

#9. “Water For Elephants”
For a large cross-section of the population, any Robert Pattinson movie warrants attendance — but I’m particularly excited about this big screen adaptation since everyone raved about the book and now I don’t have to read it to find out what the big deal is! Trailer April 22

While Twi-hards can’t get enough of Pattinson – or his waxen face – the British star who’s played vampire Edward Cullen since 2008 is done with the look of the undead. “I’m so sick of my own pallid, gray complexion,” he’s said. “Having that makeup put on every single day, as soon as you get it taken off, it’s like, ‘Oh, you do look normal. You look healthy now.'”

Guy of the Year – Robert Pattinson

It was a tough battle between Team Potter and Team Twilight, but you should never underestimate the screaming power of the Twi-hards. Robert Pattinson – or ‘R-Patz’ to those of you down with the kidz – emerged victorious as your Guy Of The Year. Fellow teen idol Daniel Radcliffe scrapped his way to second place, with everyone’s favourite pirate, Johnny Depp, in third. Swoon or what?
