Why does he look so uninterested???? Rob doesn’t really smile in any of these fan photos.
He looks more exhausted then uninterested. Imagine yourself trying to have a nice dinner or just small talk with friends and strangers come up to you (constantly)and ask to have their picture taken with you. He’s also had a rather grueling schedule over the last year.

seriously – he just wants to have a beer somewhere other than his hotel room! Can’t he just have a beer without being mobbed. I feel so bad for the guy! All though if I were in the same situation I would probably want to go say Hi. I don’t think I would ask for a picture though.
OMG seriously in Texas??!! AHHHHHHH!!!! I tottally feel bad for the guy but every ounce of my being wants to go searching for him. Just to see him not to bother him. Cant help but feel sorry for him he looks so sad!

Even though he is on holiday, probably feels like still working….endless pixes. He is getting older and he probably did put on extra pounds. He is on holiday…so enjoy! Before you know it, he is be back on the set of BD.
Photos put on pounds so wait until filming of BD happens and then see how he looks weight wise. Hey if I did nothing but ride in a car for a week and drink beer and eat unhealthy food I’d put on weight to. He’ll be working on that six pack ab thing in October no doubt.
Personally I am pleased to see him doing the road trip. He seems to enjoy the fans just not the papz. If he didn’t want the attention he would stay away. He has to know by now that all the fans are following his exciting road trip. I’m enjoying watching the fan shock and reaction as they make their pit stops.
My fear is once they hit New Orleans the papz will be there in full force, no doubt they have staked out every road leading to “on the Road” film sites, and he and “all” of his friends won’t get a break. I hate that the papz are going to put various speculation scenarios out there about him and certain relationships. You know its gonna happen. I have said many times before..leave them alone, please.
I want to say thanks to all those who have had the opportunity to meet/be photographed with Rob along the road trip and that, good fans that you are, you have given him time to escape the town before you say anything. Thanks for sharing and caring.
To Rob and road buddies. Enjoy your time together, be safe and I hope you are enjoying the American scenery.
Of course he’s tired. He just drove across Texas, which is endless… and the next leg of the trip is uglier, Port Arthur and Orange? Jeez… It’s a little more interesting in Louisiana, at least you get to look for ‘gators and other swamp dwellers. I’m assuming he’s headed for NOLA; On the road is filming there and isn’t his friend Tom in it? BD starts filming in November in Baton Rouge, I believe.
I hope we Texans were sweet to them.

Hope Rob and his buddies are enjoying this road trip. They are young and you need to do this type of thing in your youth when you can actually last till bar closing. Sure he is not smiling in all the pictures, but they are just pictures and I bet he doesn’t mind that much. I think he knows that it’s not only luck and talent that has put him his present position, but the devotion of his fans. Only hope the fans have been respectful and that he hasn’t run into too many crazies.

Enjoy your road trip…there is nothing like seeing the good old USA. Believe me, I’ve done it, you meet so many different people. Of course, I’m not famous, but nevertheless, it’s an experience! Enjoy guys!!
Rob and Tom look pretty shit-faced!!! lol. Sam looks sober…must be his turn to be the designated driver.

I think his road trip with his buddies is great. The fans that get to meet him along the way think so too, I’m sure.
It’s funny to see him wearing the same blue shirt he wore at the Teen Choice Awards. I guess to look at him now, looking ever so scruffy, you would never think he would be a person to have won a Teen Choice Award.
