From Screen Junkies:
Featuring some of the most prominent actors of the past decade including Ben Stiller, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Robert Pattinson, the 10 best chick flicks of 2010 consist of powerful romantic dramas and heartwarming comedies, some of which are already earning Oscar nods and much deserved attention from critics, audiences, and prestigious award panels alike.
2. “Remember Me” – Featuring career-defining performances by Emilie de Ravin and “Twilight” star Robert Pattinson, this film about two tortured college students who find love and comfort in one another while enduring painful losses remains one of the ten best chick flicks of 2010, despite its lukewarm reception by critics and audiences.

Yesterday we posted a poll asking you what your favorite Robert Pattinson movie ever was. Well Remember Me won by a landslide as you can see below. I forgot to add The Bad Mother’s Handbook to the poll. So sorry.

2. Tyler’s Death – “Remember Me.” In “Remember Me,” Robert Pattinson plays Tyler, a troubled young adult. Despite much foreshadowing, it is easy to be caught off guard by Tyler’s death scene at the end of the movie. A zooming camera reveals Tyler standing inside one of the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center on September 11th.

As you all know by now Eclipse and Robert Pattinson have received a few Razzie Nominations. I have to say that to start off I didn’t really care. Huge franchises usually get a few Razzie nominations so it’s not a big deal really, until I came upon this…
Worst Actor
Robert Pattinson — Remember Me
Rob in Remember Me? Really? This really irks me because I bet a lot of people based this nomination on the ending of Remember Me. We all know that Remember Me really hit close to home and that some didn’t like it for that very reason. They forgot to look at the bigger picture, the real story behind the movie. To live in the moment, because that’s the only thing we’re sure we have.
I think Rob pulled an amazing performance in Remember Me and I think many people agree with me. It makes me a bit mad that he was nominated for a razzie for Remember Me by people who are letting their judgement be clouded by a deeper emotional issue. What do you think?
I’m adding this comment that was tweeted by Moviehole because they’re spot on.

Rough Translation by Spunk Ransom:
We are in summer 2001. Tyler (Robert Pattinson of “Twilight” movie star), the New York City students still could not process the tragedy, which has infected his father’s relationship. Then became acquainted with Ally (Emilie de Ravin, Lost – Lost), who share the pain. Tyler’s everything you want, just do not love, but passionate relationship with both of them realize that maybe even he may have a path to happiness. Remember me the unforgettable story of the power of the heart, the family’s power and its importance to appreciate each day, which was given in life.
