“Twilight” star Robert Pattinson is doing the press rounds right now for his upcoming non-vampire movie “Remember Me,” which hits theaters next week. This has given his adoring public a rare opportunity to see the normally inaccessible superstar out in the world. What do I mean by “inaccessible”? Well Pattinson isn’t really able to just stroll down the street these days. He’s not one of those celebrities who seeks out attention wherever he can and he stays away from popular outlets like Twitter. Which makes this morning’s Daily TwitPic even more special. RPattz might not have a public face on the micro-blogging Web site, but “30 Rock” star Judah Friedlander does. And when both celebs appeared last night on Jimmy Fallon, Friedlander nabbed the opportunity for a photo op with the sparkly vampire, which he preserved in the twitpic seen above.

Tonight, at the Paris Theater on West 58th Street in New York City, New York, the premiere for Robert Pattinson and Emilie de Ravin’s Remember Me took place in front of hundreds of tenacious fans.
Some fans reported being in line for over four hours prior to the event’s beginning. That’s a far cry from the time spent awaiting the premiere of The Twilight Saga: New Moon in Los Angeles last November, but it’s also absolutely freezing in New York in March.
To cover the event, I teamed up with Heidi from Twilight Facebook to interview some of the cast of the film on the red carpet of the premiere.
Attending the premiere were, of course, Pattinson and de Ravin as well as co-stars Pierce Brosnan, Ruby Jerins, Lena Olin, Gregory Jbara, Peyton List, Chris Cooper, and others. Also present were first-time screenwriter Will Fetters and veteran New Yorker and Remember Me director Allen Coulter as well as the wise-thinking producer Nick Osbourne. Supporting attendants at the event included Kristen Stewart, Tom Sturridge, and others.
You can see video coverage of interviews with these castmembers below as well as a slideshow of the cast and filmmakers on the red carpet.

Gossip Cop was fortunate enough to attend the premiere of “Remember Me,” and was truly impressed with Robert Pattinson.
Without giving away the plot points, “Remember Me” is a very emotional film, and Pattinson leads the charge with an incredibly powerful performance.
But Gossip Cop wasn’t the only who felt Pattinson was gripping onscreen. Quite randomly, as we were hanging out talking to a friend from L.A., one of the film’s actors approached a blonde woman standing next to us and began to sing Pattinson’s praises.
That co-star was Kate Burton, who plays the executive assistant to Pattinson’s high-powered father (Pierce Brosnan). And the blonde woman who Burton approached was the star’s real-life mom, Clare Pattinson.
So what did the actress say to Pattinson’s mom?
Burton told Clare Pattinson that she was legendary screen actor Richard Burton’s daughter – whoa! – and that Pattinson is a special actor, and she should be “very proud.”
Among the others in attendance at the post-premiere party were co-stars Brosnan, Emilie de Ravin, Chris Cooper, and yes, Kristen Stewart, who hung out in the same VIP area as Pattinson.
