Scott MacDonald mentions Robert Pattinson in an interview with ‘The Western News’

MacDonald plays Blackie in the film âWater for Elephants.â
During the film, MacDonald got the chance to work alongside a number of well-known actors including Reese Witherspoon, Christoph Waltz and Robert Pattinson.
MacDonald describes Oscar winner Witherspoon as a courageous actor and a very sweet human being. Waltz, also an Oscar winner, is a soft spoken, highly intelligent guy, according to MacDonald.
He says âTwilightâ star Pattinson is a genuinely great guy.
MacDonald gets in a number of fights with Pattinson in the film and says both of them were pretty bruised up, but Pattinson didnât complain once.

The first time I met Robert Pattinson, a few months shy of the release of Twilight in 2008, he strolled into the lobby of the Beverly Hills hotel completely unnoticed. No one had the slightest notion that his character, the charismatic vampire Edward Cullen, would soon prevent him from sustaining any kind of normality come the release of the film. He said back then, “I still haven’t decided if acting is going to be my career. I don’t know if it’s going to work out. Who knows if people will go and see this movie?”‘
