“You got to work more closely with Robert Pattinson in this episode, as your two characters vie for Bella’s affection. What was that like?”
It was awesome. I liked how our characters are sworn enemies, but they’re forced to team up together to protect Bella. The hardest thing was that in most of our scenes we’re supposed to hate each other. We’re yelling and screaming and spitting in each other’s faces, but Rob’s such a nice guy, it’s difficult being mean to him. We’d shoot those scenes, and then as soon as they called “cut,” we’d bust out laughing. My friendship with Rob and Kristen over the years means everything. I can’t imagine what it would be like to film these movies if we weren’t such close friends. It’s definitely something we’ll maintain beyond the end of the franchise.

'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' tops advance ticket sales 5 comments
As was the case with The Twilight Saga: New Moon last year, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse is making a splash in advanced ticket sales, becoming the top pre-selling film event of the year for at least two major retailers: Fandango.com and MovieTickets.com.
Deadline Hollywood reports, “Eclipse leads the Fandango Five with over 52% of daily ticket sales, even with strong daily sales for Toy Story 3 and Karate Kid. MovieTickets.com is also reporting Eclipse online ticketing represent over 50% of daily sales.”
This report falls in line with early estimates that placed Eclipse as the probable top film of the summer and year.
Another interesting tidbit offered by Deadline‘s report states that “59% of Eclipse online ticket-buyers said they became fans of the series after seeing the first movie.”
Finally, Deadline noted some of the demographic poll results offered by these sites and the split between age groups who have purchased Eclipse advance tickets is pretty even with “33% of respondents [at] 24 or younger, 34% of respondents [between] 25-34[, and] 27% of respondents [between] 35-49.”

Here’s the translation:
Rob: I think that in terms of action and violence this movie is more mature than the 2 previous ones. I think that the story is a bit more acceptable. This love triangle isn’t really a reality for an 8 year old kid. For all these reasons, to me this film is more adult.
Taylor: It’s a real movie kiss, we’re at the top of a mountain, the background is beautiful, the camera revolves around us and we’re kissing. I’m happy that my character, Jacob, has the chance to get his kiss in there.
